So we finally had Jason's appointment with the ENT today and we have decided to wait and see how he does over the summer and if he has even just one ear infection the doctor said that we will probably put tubes in his ears in August and probably also take out his adenoids then too. He also said that he wants to make sure that he gets his hearing tested next month when the audiology doctor is up here so we can see if the ear infections have affected his hearing any.

I hope his hearing is okay, I can completely relate. My hearing loss is due to the countless ear infections I had when I was a child. I also had tubes put into my ears when I was younger as well.
