Towada Horse Park

We drove about 40 minutes away from Misawa this last Saturday to take the boys to Towada Horse Park. We had been told that it had a really large roller slide and we wanted to go check it out. Man were we surprised when we saw it. This roller slide is huge, it goes all the way up a hill(which I nicknamed Heart Attack Hill), it is so large that it is two slides connected together, the second part starts at the tunnel. Oh yeah you are probably wonderfing why it is called horse park, that is because there is a horse museum and horses to ride. Anyway I will stop blabbing and let you look at pictures now. Enjoy!!

Statue of Liberty Park(Shimoda Japan)

The tallest Statue of Liberty in Japan... and yes there are more.

We have no idea what this says but we knew what 54 was!!

Jason wanted to do the zipline but refused to actually hold on to it.

Noah was way too tall for this zipline.

All of my boys on the roller slide.

This is what the whole slide is made out of and you can go pretty fast down it.

Jason Saw the ENT Today

So we finally had Jason's appointment with the ENT today and we have decided to wait and see how he does over the summer and if he has even just one ear infection the doctor said that we will probably put tubes in his ears in August and probably also take out his adenoids then too. He also said that he wants to make sure that he gets his hearing tested next month when the audiology doctor is up here so we can see if the ear infections have affected his hearing any.

Update on Jason's Ears

I took Jason back to the doctor yesterday for a follow up on his ears and his left ear looked great and his right ear was infected yet again, so the doctor is putting in a ENT consult for tubes and he also has one in for Audiology. We will most likely not be able to see Audiology or ENT until June sometime when they are up here at Misawa because our hospital is not very large and we do not have a lot of the specialists here.
